To order images of works in the collection for reproduction purposes, please complete the Image and Reproduction Request Form.
This can be completed online or downloaded and e-mailed or posted. Only digital files are supplied. Images on the website are available for private research and study purposes free of charge.
Museum Theatre Gallery (MTG) Fees and Charges approved for 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017.
All fees and charges are inclusive of GST (except as noted *).

You are welcome to email or phone a member of the team if you have any queries around charges or other image and reproduction issues.
It will take up to 20 working days for new photography image delivery and 10 working days for existing image delivery. If you need to meet a closer deadline, further charges may apply. Please contact staff with regards to charges and special delivery time.
Where Hawke’s Bay Museums Trust does not own the copyright in the image being ordered, MTG Hawke’s Bay will provide (where possible) the last known address of the copyright holder to help you get the appropriate copyright permissions. You will need to give us a copy of this permission before the relevant image is sent out. Any copyright fees requested by copyright holders are your responsibility and are additional to our reproduction fees. MTG Hawke’s Bay accepts no responsibility for images reproduced without the copyright holder’s permission.
Reproductions of works in the Hawke’s Bay Museums Trust collection must be correctly and adequately acknowledged recognizing the author’s and owner’s rights with the captions provided by MTG Hawke’s Bay.
Works must be reproduced appropriately as agreed in writing. For reasons of discretion some works may not be able to be reproduced.
